The quality of the work was outstanding and their attention to detail is something I really appreciated. They were timely, completed the work when it was scheduled to be done, and went out of their to make sure I was happy with the esthetics. In particular I would like to commend Gary my project manager, he kept in constant contact with me so I would know what to expect next, and was so kind when I kept looking for that "perfect" shade of travertine. “We had a roof leak, in our home, that resulted in water damaged to a segment of the ceiling and adjacent wall. After calling Tactical Restoration, a project estimator was quickly dispatched my home to look over the damaged area and generate a project proposal. Tactical Restoration generated a fair and detailed estimate outlining the work and materials required to repair and restore the damaged ceiling and wall. Once the decision was made to go forward with Tactical Restoration for the project, we were notified by the project manager to schedule the work. A two man work crew showed up on time, on the schedule day, with all the materials required to complete the project. The work crew was very professorial, polite and respectful to our property. The work was completed in one work day. The crew completely cleaned the work area and removed all the trash generated for the project.
