Tactical Restoration was recommended to me when I had water damage from condensation in my walls. That repair was submitted through an insurance claim. Tyler was there to go through the repairs with the adjuster, who said Tyler was very knowledgeable and approved all of his recommendations on the spot. I also had an issue with my shower that was not covered by the insurance claim and since there was remodel work being done I had new tile and wood floors installed, along with a new counter and sink in the kitchen. Tyler was on top of all the work and his crews were very thorough, easy to work with, clean and respectful. I have already recommended Tactical Restoration to other people and will continue to recommend them. Tyler and his crews are honest, knowledgeable and ethical people. I'd like to thank all of the people of Tactical Restoration for the professional job they did for us! All of the workers were very through with every step of our restoration. Our situation was different than most. We weren't happy with the company that we originally called. After remembering what an excellent job Tactical Restoration had done on a water damage restoration for our mothers' home a few months prior to our water damage, we switched over to Tactical Restoration.
